Do you have the transcripts for the last part of 1918, my husbands great uncle Horace Harry Jones died during this period, and we would like to know what was going on during this period.

Kind Regards

Just found you most impressive and moving website. My grandmother's brother was also killed on 01 July 1917. He was 25828 Lance Corporal Robert Norman Garner. I am honoured to have his bronze plaque and two service medals (along with those of his 2 brothers who joined the Leicester Yeomanry in 1914...and both survived. I also have a couple of photos of Norman (as he was always known in the family) in his uniform.

From the last entry of the war diary of June 1917, I presume he was killed in the Cite de Moulin.
I too would really appreciate any further transcripts relating to that day.Thank you.

My grand uncle Ernest Williams (3309, 240748 )was killed in action on the 1st July 1917 during the attack on Cite de Moulin and I would be interested to know if you have transcripts of the diaries regarding the action on that day. Also interested in the list of casualties for the month of July 1917.

Regards,
Anthony Rose

Are the diaries for 1/6th up to 1918(March) transcribed yet.
My grandfather John Jones Pte (17013) was killed in action 16/03/1918. We would love to have an idea of what the regiment was doing then
Thanks
